My yoga journey began when I was running marathons and looking for a way to relax my body and mind as part of my training routine.
I was so impressed with the difference yoga made in my running, that I decided to become a yoga instructor. As a running coach, I wanted to share what I was learning with my running clients.
I have long since hung up my running shoes, but yoga is still a passion for me. I am always looking for ways to incorporate it into other aspects of my life. Whether I am hiking the trails near my home or hiking across Spain, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness are an important part of my daily life.
I am an avid reader. I love to travel and cruise. I am lucky to call Cape Cod home.
