I am a former corporate executive who spent years pushing myself to the edge, both professionally and personally. I’ve always been someone who likes to challenge myself — physically and mentally — but after a health scare in 2019, I realized I needed a new path. That experience led me to yoga and a more mindful, intentional way of living.
My background in corporate leadership helps me understand the pressures, transitions, and reinventions that many people face, especially in midlife or after major life changes. I know what it feels like to build a career, raise a family, or pour yourself into other responsibilities, only to wonder what’s next? That’s why I’m so passionate about guiding others to reconnect with themselves and rediscover their sense of identity through movement, mindfulness, and time in nature.
Personal accomplishments: Marine Corps Marathon, Cape Cod Marathon, and multiple Camino de Santiago routes (Francés, Primitivo, Inglés, Portuguese, Finisterre and Muxía Way, and Norte).
Off the mat, I love hiking, traveling, reading, and taking Spanish lessons.
I currently reside in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
