21. Payment & Purchases:
Retreat bookings made through this Website are processed using WeTravel, our third-party booking platform. By completing a booking, you authorize WeTravel to process your payment in accordance with your selected payment method and any applicable payment schedule.
If you choose an available installment payment option, you authorize WeTravel to automatically process future scheduled payments in accordance with the payment plan you selected at the time of booking.
All retreat pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, refunds, and transfer policies are governed by the Camino Yoga Retreats Retreat Terms & Conditions, which you will be required to review and accept before completing your booking.
Camino Yoga Retreats does not store your credit card information. Payment information is collected and processed by WeTravel in accordance with its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
While we carefully select our third-party service providers, Camino Yoga Retreats is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or performance of third-party payment processors, including WeTravel.
22. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wandering Yogi, LLC d/b/a Camino Yoga Retreats shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising directly or indirectly from your use of this Website, its Content, or any services offered through this Website. You shall, at all times, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wandering Yogi, LLC d/b/a Camino Yoga Retreats, Laura Sumner, and all of our shareholders, officers, members, affiliates, contractors, subcontractors, directors, assignees, employees, and licensees from and against all losses, damages, injuries, delays, deaths, lost profits, and expenses arising out of any proceeding:
- (a) brought by either a third-party or by Wandering Yogi, LLC d/b/a Camino Yoga Retreats and Laura Sumner
- (b) arising out of your breach of your obligations, representations, warranties, or covenants under these Terms & Conditions; or
- (c) arising out of any alleged breach or negligence said to have been committed by us.
